Neil M. Price, M.D.
Dr. Price is a board certified gastroenterologist who has been practicing in Nashville since 1987. He completed his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Texas in 1976. He graduated from the University Of Texas Medical School in San Antonio in 1981 with honors including induction into the A.O.A. national medical honors society. His special training in internal medicine was at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He did his sub-specialty fellowship training in gastroenterology in Philadelphia at the Graduate Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He completed an additional year of postgraduate training at the Medical College of Virginia.
He is an active member of the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine and gastroenterology. He is also a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Gastroenterology Association. He belongs to the Tennessee Society of Gastroenterology, the Nashville Academy of Medicine, and is a supporter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. He is the Medical Director of Nashville EndoSurgery Center since 1988 and currently of the Baptist Hospital Endoscopy Lab. He is on active staff of both Baptist Hospital and Centennial Medical Center.
